Each month, the Girltalk conversations focus on specific themes and topics relevant to women’s lives. These topics range from personal growth and self-care to professional development, relationships, and social issues. By exploring a diverse range of subjects, the conversations offer a holistic approach to empowerment, ensuring that women have access to a broad spectrum of knowledge and experiences.

Lift Women Camp provides a more intimate setting for women to delve deeper into personal and professional development. The camp encourages women to embrace their unique strengths, overcome challenges, and unlock their full potential.

LIFT Camp 2023 was a 3-day ladies camp on personal growth, career development, financial literacy, leadership, work-life balance, healthy relationships and revival, with an inspiring lineup of speakers and activities.

Our Annual Women’s Prayer Summit is a transformative experience that empowers women to embrace their identity in Christ, live out their calling, and make a positive impact in their families, communities, and the world. Each year, the Prayer Summit creates a sacred space where women can come together in a spirit of unity and worship.
The event is typically held over the course of a weekend, allowing participants to immerse themselves in a time of prayer, reflection, and connection with other like-minded women. One of the highlights of the Prayer Summit is the testimonial segment, where women have the chance to share their personal stories of triumph, healing, and faith. These testimonies serve as powerful reminders of God’s faithfulness and inspire others to trust in His plan for their lives.
Trainings
Every year, we organize vocational trainings specifically designed for women, aimed at empowering them and enhancing their skills in various fields. These trainings serve as a platform for women to acquire new knowledge, develop their talents, and gain economic independence. Our goal is to create opportunities for women to excel in their chosen professions, break gender stereotypes, and contribute to their families and communities.
The vocational trainings cover a wide range of disciplines and industries, catering to the diverse interests and aspirations of the participants. We believe in the importance of offering a comprehensive array of courses that align with current market demands and trends. Some of the areas we focus on include: Entrepreneurship and Business Skills, Information Technology and Digital Literacy, Vocational Skills and Crafts, Communication and Soft Skills.
Community Projects
Be Their Smile Project serves as a heartwarming initiative that focuses on giving back to communities in need. Held annually in December, this project aims to uplift the lives of women and children residing in impoverished areas of Ghana. Through generous donations and support from individuals and organizations, the project provides essential resources such as food, clothing, educational supplies, and medical aid, spreading joy and hope during the festive season.
The Be Their Smile Project not only addresses immediate needs but also strives to create sustainable change by implementing long-term solutions. It collaborates with local organizations and community leaders to identify the most pressing challenges and develop impactful strategies. By empowering women and children with access to education, healthcare, and other fundamental resources, the project aims to break the cycle of poverty and create a brighter future for generations to come.
