Who We Are

Our History

LIFT Women Ghana was founded in 2016 by Grace A. Nuamah and Emmanuel K. Nuamah with the goal of bringing Ghanaian women together to uplift one another to thrive in career, business, marriage, and life, and be good agents of socialization within their homes and communities. Since its inception, LIFT Ghana has focused on empowering women through a range of programs and initiatives, including annual Lift Conferences, Lift Camps, Prayer Summits, Vocational trainings, Monthly Girl Talks, and mentorship programs.
